This month has been a crazy one, I have done things ranging from an Olympic Triathlon to repairing a sprinkler system but just like Bob always says...."its a lifestyle change" and everybody's is different. The routine that I have found that works for me may not be the best routine for another. So I say "give it a shot" "try something new" Try new ways to stay fit, and stay healthy and before you know it, You will be!!
