I am 40 years old with a lot of knowledge to share with you about getting fit and staying that way!
My sister and I have a combined 45 years experience – from Nutrition and diet, Personal Training, Martial Arts & Gymnastics to Bodybuilding & Yoga – all my life I have strived for the simplest and most efficient way to keep in shape and live my life to the fullest.

Bodybuilding Achievements:
1993 1st Place Middleweight Muscle Beach – Galveston, Tx
1994 2nd Place Light Heavy Lone Star Classic – Dallas, Tx
1996 3rd Place Light Heavy John Sherman – Houston, Tx
1997 1st and Overall Light Heavy John Sherman – Houston, Tx
Martial Arts Achievments:
I earned my Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do at age 16. Since then I have studied and practiced Ninjutsu, Aikido, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do and Tai Chi.
Military:
I also had the honor to serve in the Marine Corps. From serving our country in Operation Desert Shield/Storm, operating Heavy Equipement, to being a squad leader, fitness instructor and rifle range coach - it was 4 years of my life that just gave me more knowledge of myself and others! The training I went through really taught me a lot about fitness and nutrition!

A.C.E certified Professional Trainer in fitness with years of self studied and practiced experience on nutrition.
