Lost 70lbs in just 3 months!
"Wow! Do I ever feel great! I first purchased The2Hour-Diet from Charla Cormier in May 2009. I lost 4lbs in the first week! I noticed for the first time ever in my life that it was so easy to NOT feel hungry! I was the one who always thought that I needed to eat just 3 full meals a day and snack on junk food in between to keep me going through-out the day. This PLAN IS DIFFERENT!
